株式会社Easpe（以下「当社」）は、子ども向け料理遊びアプリ「まぜもぐキッチン」を提供します。本アプリは、アカウント、広告、アプリ内課金、追跡、外部分析SDKを使用しません。

端末内に保存する情報​

本アプリは、作った料理、設定、途中の遊び、アプリ内の操作から作られる遊びの記録を、利用者の端末内へ保存します。録音、撮影、位置情報、連絡先、広告ID、端末識別子は取得しません。成人は30日以前の記録または全記録をアプリ内で削除できます。アプリを削除すると端末内の情報も失われます。

成人が選ぶ任意の調査協力​

遊びの記録は通常、端末内だけに保存され、当社へ自動送信されません。当社がアプリ改善のため協力を募集している期間に限り、成人は保護された「遊びの記録」画面で対象件数と内容を確認し、その回の記録を当社へ送ることへ任意で同意できます。送信は成人が毎回明示的に選んだ場合だけ行われ、バックグラウンド送信は行いません。協力しない場合も、遊びや機能に影響はありません。

送信される情報は、アプリと記録形式のバージョン、表示言語、アプリ内のセッション、提示された注文や選択肢、材料・器・操作、画面上の反応、結果、時刻・所要時間・回数です。名前、メールアドレス、診断、生年月日、自由記述、録音、写真・動画、位置情報、連絡先、広告ID、端末のハードウェア識別子は含みません。

利用目的、保存先、第三者提供​

提供された記録は、遊び方の集計、機能改善、不具合確認のために使用します。広告、マーケティング、利用者の追跡、個人に対する診断・評価には使用しません。販売もしません。

通信はHTTPSで暗号化します。記録本文はCloudflare R2の非公開領域に保存し、受付・削除処理に必要な本文を含まない台帳情報をCloudflare D1で管理します。Cloudflareは当社の指示に基づくインフラ提供者として処理します。当社のWorkerはIPアドレス、位置情報、端末識別子をR2またはD1へ保存しません。一般利用者向けの一覧・検索・ダウンロード機能はありません。

保持期間と削除​

提供された元のJSONは受領から90日以内に削除します。受付番号、受領日時、件数、ハッシュ、削除状態など本文を含まない台帳情報は、削除対応と運用確認のため受領から180日以内に削除します。

成人はアプリに保存された受付情報を使い、90日を待たずにサーバー上のコピーを削除できます。アプリを削除した後などは、送信完了時に表示された受付番号を添えて info@easpe.jp へ削除を依頼できます。

OSの共有機能​

成人がCSVまたはJSONの共有を選んだ場合、ファイルをOSの共有機能へ渡します。共有先と、その共有先での取扱いは成人が選択します。この操作は当社サーバーへの調査協力とは別です。

子どものプライバシーと本アプリの範囲​

調査協力は成人向け画面内でのみ操作できます。当社は、名前、連絡先、診断情報、録音、写真、位置情報、永続的な識別子を本アプリから収集しません。本アプリは診断、治療、療育効果の判定を行いません。

Easpe, Inc. provides Mazemogu Kitchen, a cooking-play app for children. The app does not use accounts, advertising, in-app purchases, tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs.

Information stored on the device​

The app stores created dishes, settings, in-progress play, and play-observation events generated by in-app actions locally on the user’s device. It does not access or collect audio recordings, photos or video, location, contacts, advertising identifiers, or hardware device identifiers. A grown-up can delete records older than 30 days or all records in the app. Uninstalling the app also removes its local data.

Optional research contribution chosen by a grown-up​

Play observations normally remain only on the device and are not sent automatically to us. Only while we are inviting contributions to improve the app, a grown-up may open the protected Play Observations screen, review the number and contents of the records, and optionally consent to a one-time upload. An upload occurs only after the grown-up affirmatively chooses it each time. There is no background upload. Declining does not affect play or app functionality.

The upload may include the app and record-schema versions, display language, in-app sessions, presented requests and choices, ingredients, vessels, actions, on-screen responses, outcomes, timestamps, durations, and counts. It does not include a name, email address, diagnosis, birth date, free text, audio recording, photo or video, location, contacts, advertising identifier, or hardware device identifier.

Purpose, storage, and disclosure​

We use contributed records to aggregate how the app is used, improve features, and investigate problems. We do not use them for advertising, marketing, tracking, or diagnosis or assessment of an individual, and we do not sell them.

Transmission uses HTTPS. The observation JSON is stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket. Receipt metadata needed for receipt and deletion operations, without the observation body, is managed in Cloudflare D1. Cloudflare processes this data as an infrastructure provider acting on our instructions. Our Worker does not store IP addresses, location, or device identifiers in R2 or D1. There is no public listing, search, or download endpoint.

Retention and deletion​

We delete the original contributed JSON within 90 days of receipt. Ledger metadata without the observation body—such as the receipt number, receipt time, counts, hash, and deletion status—is deleted within 180 days of receipt for deletion handling and operational verification.

A grown-up can use the receipt retained by the app to delete the server copy earlier. If the app has been removed, the grown-up may request deletion at info@easpe.jp and include the receipt number shown after upload.

Operating-system sharing​

When a grown-up chooses to share a CSV or JSON file, the app passes it to the operating system’s share sheet. The grown-up chooses the recipient and is responsible for that recipient. This is separate from the optional research contribution to our server.

Children’s privacy and scope of the app​

The contribution controls are available only inside the protected grown-up area. We do not collect names, contact information, diagnoses, recordings, photos, location, or persistent identifiers through the app. The app does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or an assessment of therapeutic effect.
